How do I get started?
For a complete breakdown of how to get started with the Body Fortress® Fitness Tracker App access main menu by selecting the menu button in the top left corner of the screen. Look under MORE and select “HOW TO USE THIS APP”. You will be provided with a step-by-step breakdown of how you can Choose Your Goal, Build Your Program and Transform Your Body Into Your Fortress.

Can I reset my fitness goals?
Access main menu by selecting the menu button in the top left corner of the screen. Look under SETTINGS and select “RESET PROGRAM”. You’ll be prompted to choose a new Fortress Building goal.

How to I add/edit my profile image?
Access your workout dashboard and add/edit your profile image by selecting the CAMERA ICON. You will have the option to either choose an existing photo from your library or take a new photo.

Where can I find specific exercise descriptions?
During your workout, double-tap the arrow directly underneath the exercise title. You will be provided with step-by-step descriptions on how to perform the exercise correctly.

Can I add/edit exercises within my current routine?
Access main menu by selecting the menu button in the top left corner of your screen. Look under MY WORKOUT and select “EXERCISE”. From there, you’ll have the ability to alter the exercises in your workout as well as your target set, reps and weight.

How do I change my workout times?
Access main menu by selecting the menu button in the top left corner of your screen. Look under MY WORKOUT and select “SCHEDULE”. From there, you’ll have the ability to edit your weekly workout times and create a schedule that works best for you.

How can I turn off product reminders?
Go to SETTINGS on your device. Select notifications and scroll to the Body Fortress® Fitness Tracker icon. From there you will be able to switch on/off all notifications.

I don’t know my Body Fat %, how can I get an accurate measurement?
We’ve included a FREE Body Fat % Calculator in the app for your convenience. Access main menu by selecting the menu button in the top left corner of your screen. The calculator is located under the 'Tools' section.

What happens when I connect to Facebook?
The Body Fortress Fitness Tracker will never interact with your Facebook account without your direct permission. Our goal is to give users the ability to connect to social media and easily share their workouts and progress with family and friends. You may disconnect from Facebook at any time by selecting “RESET PROGRAMS” under Settings.
