Body Fortress Whey Protein is HONESTLY the only whey protein I have found out there that I enjoy drinking or using with recipes! I have tried many different kinds and can never find anything that tops this protein and the reasonable price! You have to love it if you are drinking it 2-3x per day and I do! I´ve been searching for a protein supplement for some time.  My diet consists mainly of fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts and, occasionally fish.
