BODY FORTRESS MASS MEAL & SUPPLEMENT PLAN*

MEAL ONE

1 cup plain oatmeal mixed with 1/2 sliced banana. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

1 hard boiled egg

2 hard boiled egg whites

SNACK

1 serving of Body Fortress Super Mass Gainer mixed with low-fat milk

MEAL TWO

4 oz. grilled chicken breast

1 cup brown rice

1/2 cup steamed broccoli

SNACK

1 serving of Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein or 1 Super Whey* Protein Shot

1 apple

PRE-WORKOUT

3 tablets Super NOS Pump

POST-WORKOUT

MEAL THREE
